Guests have full access to the entire property 🏡, including docks and outdoor spaces. ⚠️ Please note: A boat is required to access the island.

The only way to the property is by boat. We have 3 docks and boating to Wolfeboro is about 10 minutes to the town docks. Meredith is about 30 minutes, Center Harbor 40 minutes. There's plenty of places to eat along the shoreline and it's very important you understand how to navigate the channels, as there are large rocks that can damage your boat
